The terms of the visit.

These terms cover visits to Martin Auto Museum and the use of this website. By buying admission, walking the floor or using the site, you agree to them, and to the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Tickets & Admission

Admission is sold online and at the door. A ticket is a revocable license to visit the collection during posted hours. The museum may adjust hours, close rooms or close early for private events, maintenance or safety. If a visit can't go ahead, speak to the front desk and the team will make it right.

On the Floor

The cars are irreplaceable, and most are original. Please stay behind the barriers, don't touch or lean on the vehicles, and keep children within arm's reach. Staff may decline or revoke admission where the collection or other visitors are put at risk, and visitors are responsible for damage they cause.

Photography

Personal photography is welcome. Enjoy it. Commercial photography, filming and events need advance arrangement through the events desk at 602.684.8305.

The Website & Its Content

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Martin Auto Museum or its licensors. You're welcome to browse, link and share for personal, non-commercial purposes; please don't republish or scrape the site's content without the museum's permission.

Third-Party Services

Some things run on other companies' services — ticketing and donations, lesson plans on Google Drive, videos on YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and the museum isn't responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The site and the museum experience are provided as they are. To the extent Arizona law allows, Martin Auto Museum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a visit or from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Changes to These Terms

The museum may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above always tells you which version you're reading. Continued use of the site or the museum after a change means you accept the updated terms.
